Water

Chocolate Chips
250g
Cranberries
100g
Cherries
150g
Pecan Nuts
Method
Mix the Toendra, Voltex, salt, yeast and water for 4 minutes on slow and then 4 minutes on fast
Add the chocolate chips, cranberries, cherries and pecan nuts
Mix on slow speed for 2-3 minutes
Scale at 400g
Mould round and rest for 20 minutes
Mould round again, prove and bake
