Ingredients
250ml
Olympic Vegetable Oil 2x10l Poly
Method
Add the Lemon Sensation to a machine bowl fitted with a beater.
On 1st speed slowly add the water and oil and mix for 1 minute.
Scrape down and continue mixing for a further 2 minutes on 2nd speed.
Reduce to 1st speed and mix for a final 1 minute.
Deposit 5kg of batter into 18” x 30” tray.
Bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes.
When cool cut into required sizes and dip into a blend of lemon vodka and butter.
Drain off excess and roll in SweetSnow.
