Description
American Carrot Cake Mix is a powder product requiring the addition of water, grated fresh carrot and (if desired) crushed pineapple to produce moist and delicious American style carrot cakes in both slice and unit cake form.

Water

Fresh Grated Carrot
Method
Place all ingredients in a machine bowl fitted with a beater.
Beat for 1 minute on 1st speed and 3 minutes on 2nd speed.
Deposit Weights:
a) 30â x 18â sheet - 5.000kg (11lb).
b) Loaf tin - 400g (14oz).
Baking Times:
a) 185ÂșC (365ÂșF) for approx. 35 minutes
b) 190ÂșC (375ÂșF) for approx. 55 minutes
