Description
Preserved stem ginger is wet milled to a pulp consistency to provide a perfect medium for blending through cake or biscuit batter and as an inclusion to ice cream. Small pieces of stem ginger are visually evident in the finished product as well as providing superior flavour and texture against ground ginger spice.
